Price includes full water and sewer hookup, a patio with picnic table, wi-fi and one parking space per lot. Electric is metered and charged per KW hour at the current rate each month.
All potential monthly residents and occupants over the age of 18, must pass a criminal and tenancy background check. There is a strict pet policy of 25lbs. and under. Any rigs older than 10 years must submit a photo for prior approval. There is a $20 application fee per person.
North Bound: Take exit 345 (Bowden/University, left onto Bowden Rd, take second right on Philips Hwy. we are .5 miles on the right. Turn right into the park, an immediate left and stop at white check-in line.
South Bound: Take exit Emerson Rd. get in left lane, take second left onto Philips Hwy. We are 1 mile south on left. Take left into the park, take an immediate left and stop at white check-in line.
